With a significant presence in Assam and prior engagements in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, our core mission is to advance rural livelihoods and elevate the well-being of marginalized populations.

Your Contribution: Spearheading Development as a Project Executive

As a Project Executive, you'll be integral to KABIL's on-the-ground efforts, operating from the Udalguri and Mazbat blocks. You'll work directly with rural communities, including women's self-help groups and Village Council Development Committees, to comprehend their unique challenges and collaboratively devise effective livelihood improvement plans.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct Community Engagement: Interacting closely with rural communities to identify needs and jointly create sustainable livelihood strategies.

  • Livelihood Intervention Facilitation: Overseeing the implementation of crucial interventions in areas such as agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and water resource management.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with government departments, market players, and resource institutions.

  • Reporting & Representation: Ensuring precise documentation, timely reporting, correspondence with stakeholders, and public representation of the initiative.

Candidate Profile: Your Qualifications for Impact

KABIL is seeking committed individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries, or Engineering.

    • OR a Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Natural Resource Management, Development Studies, or a related field.

    • Please note: A minimum of 50% marks is required at the 10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation levels.

  • Experience: Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Assamese, Boro, or Santhali will be a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Work Environment:

KABIL offers a competitive consolidated monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
