The Role: Project Lead – International Skilling & Mobility

GMRVF is seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead their international skilling initiatives. This is a Term Contract position for 2 years, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• End-to-End Leadership: Overseeing planning, mobilization, training, and compliance for international placements.

• Stakeholder Management: Managing the candidate lifecycle, providing counseling, and building robust partnerships with global employers.

• Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards for global mobility are met with precision.

• Brand Growth: Driving outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen the foundation’s presence in the skilling sector.

• Team Mentorship: Leading and managing a dedicated project team to achieve organizational goals.
