Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and overall management of the dedicated Nutrition Project. The role requires balancing strategic oversight with active field-level execution to ensure project targets are met efficiently.
Core Duties Include:
Project Planning & Execution: Plan and oversee all project activities in strict alignment with set objectives, targets, and timelines.
Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor both project and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
Nutrition Monitoring: Oversee nutrition interventions, track beneficiary coverage, manage referrals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Field Quality Control: Conduct regular field visits to identify implementation gaps and execute corrective actions swiftly.
