The Mission: Strengthening Cancer Care in Kerala
As the Project Manager based in Kozhikode, you will be at the forefront of non-communicable disease (NCD) management. Your primary focus will be enhancing equitable access to cancer screening and awareness. This role is pivotal in navigating the logistics of mobile health units and fostering local partnerships to ensure no community is left behind.
Key Responsibilities
A successful candidate will be a multi-tasker with a passion for field implementation. Your core duties will include:
Operational Leadership: Planning and executing mobile screening camps and community outreach programs.
Field Management: Coordinating daily field operations and managing mobile screening units to ensure maximum efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with healthcare providers, NGOs, government officials, and community networks.
Team Supervision: Leading and mentoring field teams while supporting the capacity building of local healthcare workers.
Data-Driven Reporting: Monitoring key performance metrics and preparing periodic reports to track project impact.
Who Should Apply?
