The Role: Project Manager

The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of WASH and Solid Waste Management (SWM) interventions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation & Oversight: Managing field teams, interns, and consultants to ensure high-quality execution of IEC/BCC activities and pilot initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serving as the primary liaison for Urban Local Bodies (Town Panchayats), sanitation departments, and district administrations.

  • Community Mobilization: Designing behavior change strategies to promote toilet usage, source segregation, and plastic-free practices.

  • Innovation: Conceptualizing and testing pilot models such as sanitation enterprises and incentive-based segregation.

  • Monitoring & Finance: Tracking project progress against logframes and managing project budgets in coordination with finance teams.
