Ltd., a company positioning itself at the forefront of technology-driven solutions for cleaner, greener cities, has announced an opening for the role of Project Manager – Solid Waste Management (SWM) based in Rajasthan. The position is aimed at professionals with 5–8 years of experience who are ready to take charge of large-scale municipal waste management operations.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of SWM projects, overseeing everything from ward-level operations to fleet management. The role calls for someone who can balance strategic planning with on-ground execution — ensuring that collection routes run efficiently, service quality stays high, and teams remain accountable to SOPs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the entire SWM project and its day-to-day operations
Overseeing ward-wise operations and ensuring SOP compliance
Managing fleet operations, including route planning, vehicle deployment, and productivity
Supervising manpower deployment and team management
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service partners
Liaising with government officials, ULBs (Urban Local Bodies), and other stakeholders
Monitoring project performance and service quality
Preparing MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced MS Excel
Resolving operational challenges with practical, on-ground solutions
What the Company Is Looking For
WeVOIS Labs is seeking candidates with a graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with substantial experience in project management — ideally within waste management or municipal projects. Beyond technical know-how, the company is emphasizing soft and strategic skills: strong government liaison and ULB coordination abilities, proven team leadership, vendor management experience, and sound command over MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Candidates should also be prepared to travel and visit field locations as part of the role.
