The Role: Project Officer (Scale Program)
The Project Officer role is pivotal for the success of KEF’s interventions within government-run schools5. Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation: Supporting the rollout of KEF interventions and working with district officials to ensure adoption within government constraints8888.
Teacher Coaching: Conducting structured classroom observations and coaching conversations to help teachers problem-solve and adopt reflective practices9.
System Engagement: Building strong relationships with government stakeholders and facilitating their ownership of monitoring and training processes10101010.
Data & Reporting: Tracking implementation data via dashboards and sharing insights on system-level barriers to inform leadership decisions11111111.
