Working on the frontline, SRMs are the primary mentors who guide students toward rewarding career paths. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 3.6 Lakhs per annum plus benefits, with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Mentorship: You will train students in 21st-century employability and entrepreneurship skills within a "blended" learning environment.

  • Educational Partnerships: You will build and manage strong ties with faculty and administrators on campus to promote Medha’s programming.

  • Employer Relations: Act as the bridge between campus and corporate by convincing employers to offer internships, placements, and industry exposure.

  • Placement Coordination: You will map job opportunities to students' specific interests and support them throughout the interview and post-placement process.

  • Data Integrity: As a learning organization, Medha relies on detail-oriented SRMs to track student and employer data through their Student Information System (SIS).
