This is a full-time, remote position designed for impact-driven leaders with expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), philanthropy, and strategic program execution.
Role Overview
The Associate / Sr. Associate – Donor Engagement (Activations) will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between donor intent and high-impact social initiatives across education, sports, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and community development.
Core Responsibilities
Program Execution & Strategy: Convert donor commitments into well-executed, high-impact programs while designing activation strategies aligned with both donor priorities and Foundation goals.
Financial & Impact Management: Oversee fund deployment to ensure timely utilization, tracking KPIs, financial compliance, and clear program outcomes through donor-ready reports.
Donor Relations & Communications: Lead ongoing donor engagement through impactful storytelling, progress reporting, and clear milestone communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal program, finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure seamless initiative execution.
