The Opportunity: Operations & HR Executive

This dual-function role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn the inner workings of an impactful NGO. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organizational backbone of DC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day program logistics, vendor follow-ups, procurement, and asset management. You will also coordinate travel and meetings for staff and consultants.

  • HR Support: Help manage the talent lifecycle by coordinating recruitment, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding/exit formalities. Additionally, you will maintain employee records, attendance, and support payroll inputs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and a willingness to take ownership in a team-oriented environment.
