The Role: A Catalyst for Change

The Research and Development Officer will be a cornerstone of Jeevaraksha Trust's mission. You will lead crucial research projects that align with the organization's strategic goals, translating complex scientific findings into actionable programs. This role involves a blend of meticulous research, strategic collaboration, and compelling communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Research Initiatives: Spearhead and coordinate research projects from conception to completion.

• Evidence Synthesis: Conduct thorough literature reviews to synthesize the latest scientific evidence and inform program design.

• Academic Publication: Prepare and draft high-quality manuscripts, reports, abstracts, and articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals and presentation at conferences.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external experts to design, monitor, and evaluate public health programs.

• Data Management: Maintain organized research databases and ensure all documentation meets rigorous standards.

• Ethical Oversight: Uphold the highest ethical standards and quality assurance protocols in all research activities.

• Grant Writing: Contribute to writing grant applications and project proposals to secure funding for future initiatives.

Eligibility criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • MBBS with a Master of Public Health (MPH)

  • BAMS or BDS with a Master of Public Health (MPH)

• Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in research publications or academic writing related to public health or clinical practice is required.
