Key Responsibilities and Role Overview
As a Research Associate at Agronature, you will be at the heart of designing, executing, and monitoring impactful sustainable project models. Your core responsibilities will span across four major pillars:
Research & Model Development: Conducting comprehensive research, field surveys, and stakeholder consultations to effectively identify community needs, analyze field data, and design impactful project models.
Planning & Coordination: Preparing critical project documents, including feasibility reports, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), implementation plans, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks. You will also coordinate closely with government bodies, local communities, and strategic partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Proposal & Resource Mobilization: Developing high-quality proposals, compelling presentations, and resource mobilization materials. You will be responsible for presenting these projects to clients and funding agencies, incorporating expert feedback to refine strategies.
Monitoring & Impact Assessment: Tracking project implementation progress, preparing periodic reports, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing directly to audits, research, and impact assessments through the Project Management Unit (PMU).
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
