Current Openings at GVF

GVF is currently inviting applications for the following roles:

• Research Associate (2 Positions): Focused on policy research, data analysis, and the drafting of high-impact knowledge products.

• Communication Associate (1 Position): Focused on content strategy, social media outreach, and enhancing the foundation’s institutional visibility.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Research Associate

The selected candidates will be at the forefront of the foundation’s intellectual output. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth policy research and literature reviews.

• Performing data analysis and evidence synthesis.

• Drafting comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products.

• Supporting project implementation and policy assessments.

2. Communication Associate

This role is designed for a creative storyteller who can bridge the gap between complex research and public engagement. Key duties include:

• Content writing, editing, and managing social media outreach.

• Coordinating designs for posters and digital campaigns.

• Supporting institutional visibility and storytelling initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

The Global Village Foundation is looking for candidates who balance academic excellence with practical field experience. To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: A Postgraduate Degree (MA) in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Journalism & Mass Communication, or related Social Sciences.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Preference: Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
