As a Resource Person, you'll be at the forefront of this crucial mission.

Your Role: Catalyzing Teacher Growth and Classroom Innovation

As a Resource Person – Education, you'll play a pivotal role in improving teaching practices by enriching educators' subject knowledge, pedagogy, and overall educational perspectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and Capacity Building: Conduct impactful training programs for teachers, head teachers, and education officials, equipping them with the latest techniques and insights.

  • Facilitating Learning Hubs: Lead engaging workshops and forums at Teacher Learning Centres (TLCs), creating collaborative spaces for professional development.

  • Designing Creative Methodologies: Develop innovative and subject-specific teaching methods that inspire both teachers and students.

  • Building Educator Networks: Foster strong networks among educators, promoting peer learning and shared best practices.

  • Curriculum and Content Development: Contribute to the creation of relevant curriculum, textbooks, and teacher training modules.

  • Promoting Inclusive Practices: Champion inclusive school environments by encouraging initiatives like Reading Corners and engaging morning assemblies.

Who Should Apply?

The Azim Premji Foundation is looking for individuals who are deeply committed to social equity and educational transformation. If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply:

  • Relevant experience in the social sector.

  • A Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

  • A Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned district or state.

  • Proficiency in English and Kannada (for roles in Karnataka) or Hindi (for roles in other states).

Beyond qualifications, ideal candidates will demonstrate:
