The Role: A Catalyst for Change

As a District Coordinator with Rocket Learning, you'll be more than just an employee; you'll be a key driver of change. Working directly with the Program Manager and Program Lead, you'll be instrumental in implementing on-ground interventions and fostering crucial relationships with government officials and stakeholders. Your base will be the Prayagraj ICDS office, providing you with direct exposure to the government's early grades education system.

• Own projects from inception to completion, showcasing your leadership and project management skills.

• Liaise regularly with government bodies, gaining deep insights into policy and implementation.
