A Critical Role in Water Stewardship and Community Engagement
In today's world, sustainable water practices are more crucial than ever. As a Community Organizer, you'll be instrumental in fostering a symbiotic relationship between innovative water solutions and local community adoption. Your responsibilities will include:
Mobilizing Communities: Guiding and inspiring communities to embrace and implement sustainable water practices.
Driving Awareness: Educating and raising consciousness about the vital importance of water conservation.
Facilitating Participation: Championing robust community involvement in local water management initiatives.
Implementing Solutions: Supporting the effective deployment of cutting-edge water-saving technologies and strategies.
Building Bridges: Serving as a key liaison between project implementers and local communities, ensuring genuine community ownership and the enduring success of water conservation efforts.
Organizing & Promoting: Orchestrating and leading impactful community awareness events and hygiene promotion activities, meticulously aligned with project goals.
Who They're Looking For: Ideal Candidates
Outreach Association of Volunteers for Rural Development is searching for dynamic individuals who possess:
Age: Between 25 and 40 years.
Education: A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or an equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the NGO sector, with a proven history in community engagement and development.
Positions Available: 3 Community Organizers.
Compensation: Cost to Company - Rs. 25,000/-.
