SAAHAS is currently hiring for two key positions: an HR Manager and an HR Assistant. If you're a compassionate and action-oriented professional, these roles offer a chance to make a real difference.
HR Manager Position
The HR Manager position is based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR or an equivalent degree, along with over seven years of experience in a Generalist HR role. Responsibilities for this position include:
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Overseeing performance management, learning, and development.
Handling employee welfare, engagement, and payroll.
Managing HR reporting, attendance, and compliance.
Supporting administration and office management.
Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge of HR IT tools and experience in the development sector. Strong English and Hindi communication skills are also required.
HR Assistant Position
The HR Assistant role is available in either Bengaluru or Gurugram. A graduate degree is required, with a preference for candidates who have an MBA in HR or a BSc/BA in Office Administration. Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the HR Executive with hiring.
Managing correspondence, records, and databases.
Preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
Overseeing office supplies, network infrastructure, and policy compliance.
Updating compliance records and arranging meetings and travel.
