PRATYeK, an organisation working on child-focused education initiatives, is looking for a School Coordinator to lead and strengthen its school network across India. The role suits early-career professionals who want to work where education, child rights and social change meet.
About the Role
The School Coordinator will lead and expand PRATYeK's School Network nationwide. They will coordinate school-based programmes on child rights, inclusion, sustainability, gender equality and student leadership.
The coordinator will also lead school engagement for the Inclusive Development Goals (IDGs) 2030 and coordinate the annual IN-UN (India-United Nations) event.
Key Responsibilities
Network leadership: Grow and strengthen PRATYeK's School Network across India.
Programme coordination: Run school-based programmes on child rights, inclusion, sustainability, gender equality and student leadership.
IDGs 2030 and IN-UN: Lead school engagement for the IDGs 2030 and coordinate the annual IN-UN event.
Training and facilitation: Design and facilitate trainings, workshops and learning sessions.
Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, government bodies, civil society organisations and other stakeholders.
Monitoring and reporting: Monitor programmes and manage documentation, reporting and data.
Child participation: Support child participation, advocacy and wider organisational initiatives.
Who Can Apply
Experience: 1-3 years in education programmes, school engagement, network management, partnership building or project coordination. Experience with schools, educators, school leaders and education networks is preferred.
Qualification: A postgraduate degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Child Rights, Management or a related field.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent coordination and project management abilities
Experience facilitating workshops, trainings or stakeholder meetings
Strong report writing, documentation and presentation skills
Proficiency in English and Hindi

Location and Remuneration
The position is based in Delhi or Mumbai. Remuneration is INR 25,000-35,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
