Catalysts for Social Action Is Hiring: Senior Associate for HR, IT & Admin
Catalysts for Social Action (CSA) is looking for a Senior Associate to join its HR, IT & Admin team in Mumbai. The organisation works on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and it supports vulnerable children, children under institutional care, and care leavers across multiple states in India. Its tagline, "A family for every child," sums up that mission.
The Role at a Glance
The position is permanent and full-time, based in Mumbai with travel as required. The Senior Associate reports to the Sr. Manager, HR, IT & Admin, and CSA is looking for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience.
The role combines end-to-end recruitment with HR operations, MIS reporting, IT asset management, and office administration. Its purpose is to keep the organisation running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. That includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offer and appointment letters, and completing pre-joining formalities. You will also create job advertisements and manage postings across recruitment platforms.
HR operations and MIS. You will prepare recruitment MIS, HR dashboards, and monthly reports, and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates. You will also support onboarding, confirmations, transfers, separations, and HR compliance.
IT and administration. You will maintain IT asset records and coordinate asset allocation and retrieval. You will also work with vendors on IT support, procurement, maintenance, and office administration.
Who CSA Is Looking For
CSA wants a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate has:
Strong recruitment skills
Excellent coordination abilities
The capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
How to Apply

For a professional with a couple of years of HR or admin experience, it offers broad exposure across several functions inside a purpose-driven organisation.
