The Role: Senior Associate – Partnerships

The Partnerships Team is vital to sustaining and expanding NalandaWay’s reach. As a Senior Associate, your primary focus will be supporting fundraising goals, donor engagement, and grant development aligned with the foundation's core mission.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• End-to-End Proposal Management: Oversee the entire proposal development process—from tracking new opportunities and strict deadlines to drafting compelling applications and developing realistic project budgets.

• High-Quality Material Creation: Research and develop clear, persuasive, and well-structured grant proposals, concept notes, presentations, and fundraising collaterals.

• Tailored Funder Alignment: Ensure all submissions are uniquely customized to meet diverse funder requirements while remaining strictly aligned with NalandaWay’s broader mission and objectives.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

NalandaWay Foundation is looking for dynamic individuals who possess:

• Prior experience in grant writing, proposal development, and fundraising within the social sector.

• Strong stakeholder management skills to build and sustain trust with corporate donors, HNIs, and institutional partners.
