Focus on the Future: Transforming Skill Education in Punjab
This role is central to two complementary initiatives by TEA, aimed at revolutionizing Punjab's skilling ecosystem and enhancing employability for young people:
1. Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Reform Program
Working with the Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, TEA is upgrading 11 ITIs into Centres of Excellence. This includes improving infrastructure, enhancing teaching quality, boosting industry relevance, and strengthening placement support for students.
2. Hunar Sikhia Schools (HSS) Initiative
The HSS program focuses on embedding job-ready, industry-aligned vocational curricula in 40 government schools across Punjab (Grades 11-12). This initiative strengthens teacher capabilities and builds robust school–industry linkages, preparing students for meaningful careers and supporting the state's economic growth.
Your Role: Leading Implementation and Impact
As Senior Associate, you will be on the front lines of change, supporting the Program Manager in key areas:
Program Strategy & Planning: Conduct crucial research and analysis to inform project planning and decision-making for both ITI and HSS initiatives.
Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines and coordinate effectively with internal teams, government officials, schools, and partner organizations.
On-Ground Leadership: Lead specific program verticals, conduct school visits, manage data collection and analysis, and build strong relationships with principals, vocational teachers, and government stakeholders.
Communication & Documentation: Develop and deliver project status updates, reports, and presentations, ensuring critical on-ground learnings are documented to build TEA's institutional knowledge.

TEA is seeking highly qualified, driven professionals passionate about public policy and public administration, particularly in the education sector.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2-3 years of work experience in consulting, government, or education sectors. Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates with exceptional potential are also encouraged to apply.
Core Competencies: Strong project management, excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrated analytical skills with an ability to draw insights from data.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to coordinate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government entities and partner organizations.
