Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
The successful candidate will be a key player in Arpan's People & Culture department, with primary responsibilities centered around:
Talent Acquisition: Finding and bringing in the right talent to grow and strengthen Arpan's team.
HR Operations: Ensuring the smooth, efficient running of all day-to-day HR processes.
Process Implementation: Developing, streamlining, and embedding best-in-class HR practices across the organization.
Is This Role Right For You? (Required Skills & Experience)
Arpan is looking for a proactive and hands-on professional who can hit the ground running.
Experience: You should possess 4-6 years of overall HR experience, with a strong preference for HR generalist exposure.
Social Sector Insight: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the social sector (NGO/non-profit) is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of this environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency is required in HRIS systems, as well as essential office tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must for managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Compensation, Location, and Perks
This role is based in Goregaon (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra.
CTC: Arpan offers a competitive compensation package ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000/- per month & above, depending on your level and experience.
Additional Benefits: The package includes other reimbursements for Travel, Therapeutic support, and Training.
