Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and monitoring sustainable waste management models. Your main areas of impact will include:
Project Strategy & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end planning of solid waste management strategies, designing actionable plans aligned with the project vision, and tracking progress through data-driven insights.
Landfill Diversion & Decentralized Solutions: Minimize landfill dependency by enforcing strict source segregation, executing scientific composting for wet waste, and streamlining dry waste collection via Haritha Karma Sena.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust partnerships with local institutions, government bodies, and citizens. Mobilize volunteer groups to champion the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) philosophy.
Behavior Change Communication (BCC): Drive impactful Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaigns. Organize public events, educational drives, and door-to-door outreach to instill responsible disposal habits.
Waste Worker Welfare & Professionalization: Elevate the dignity, safety, and livelihoods of local waste professionals through capacity-building training, health camps, and structured recognition programs.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project reports, draft event proposals, curate press releases, and document inspiring success stories for future replication.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?

Education
A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or related fields is preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in solid waste management is preferred.
