Key Responsibilities and Job Description

The Senior Executive will be the backbone of store operations, ensuring that the supply chain remains seamless and transparent. Primary duties include:

• ERP & Documentation: Handling Goods Received Notes (GRN), material receipt verification, and traceability using advanced ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintaining real-time precision between physical stock and system records.

• Compliance & Strategy: Ensuring strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies to optimize inventory.

• Warehouse Management: Implementing scientific storage practices, including systematic binning, labeling, and stacking.

• Auditing: Conducting regular physical verifications, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.

• Reporting: Preparing MIS reports and maintaining essential logs like the Scrap Register, Daily Indent, and Stock Register.

Candidate Profile: Who Should Apply?

Criteria
Requirements Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management.
Education Graduation or Post-Graduation. (Preference given to Supply Chain or Material Management specializations).
Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP/D365, MS Excel, and basic computer reporting.
Soft Skills Strong communication, coordination, and the ability to work under time-bound schedules.
