Role Overview: Keeping the Mission Moving
The Senior Executive / Executive – Administration is a pivotal role designed to strengthen the internal systems that enable Arpan’s impactful work. From managing nationwide travel to negotiating with vendors, you will be the backbone of the organization’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities (Major Job Deliverables)
As an Administrative Executive at Arpan, your day-to-day will involve high-level coordination and meticulous attention to detail:
Logistics & Travel: Managing end-to-end travel and accommodations (flights, trains, and hotels) ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness for the team.
Vendor Management: Identifying and coordinating with vendors for food, vehicles, and equipment across different parts of the country.
Office Operations: Overseeing office supplies, inventory trackers, and maintaining a secure filing system for confidential documents.
Event Coordination: Securing venues for quarterly reviews, annual conferences, and team-building events.
Maintenance & Support: Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and providing daily administrative support to various internal departments.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration, travel desk management, or a similar role.

Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, strong communication (written and verbal), and a "keen eye" for detail.
