Key Focus Areas of the Role:

  • Learning & Development (L&D): Designing and implementing impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives. This includes gathering training needs, developing outcome-oriented programs, and creating engaging learning materials (audio-visual content, lesson plans, etc.).

  • Employee Engagement: Developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborating with the HR team to source and recruit top talent, ensuring alignment with the organisation's culture and evolving needs.

  • Special Programs: Designing and managing volunteering and internship programs, utilizing technology to ensure scalability and impact.
