Your Mission: Spearheading Systemic Change in North India
As the Senior Manager – Growth and Impact, you'll serve as CSRBOX's key representative in Delhi NCR, guiding the growth strategy and fostering ecosystem engagement across North India. This isn't merely a management position; it's an imperative to enable large-scale systemic change, every single day.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Partnerships & Expansion: Cultivate high-value partnerships with CSR leaders, foundations, and government entities throughout the region. Identify new program opportunities and jointly develop concepts with internal teams that align with partner objectives, thereby expanding the growth pipeline and converting discussions into long-term collaborations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach: Represent CSRBOX at significant regional forums, roundtables, and policy discussions. Actively expand networks with think tanks, incubators, donor coalitions, and sectoral platforms, establishing cross-sector partnerships that amplify impact in critical areas like education, health, climate, and livelihoods.
Program Design & Strategy: Partner with sectoral teams to craft evidence-based CSR and philanthropic programs that address local needs. Ensure program strategies align with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), state priorities, and CSR regulatory frameworks, developing outcome-focused proposals that emphasize scalability and long-term viability.
Insights, Reporting & CRM: Oversee and track pipeline performance and partner feedback, staying abreast of sectoral trends, government initiatives, and philanthropic strategies in North India. Contribute to regional thought leadership and knowledge dissemination, utilizing CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and fundamental analytics tools.

A profound understanding of India’s CSR landscape, SDG objectives, ESG frameworks, and donor funding strategies.
Demonstrated success in program design, proposal development, or consultative sales within the impact sector.
