• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the development sector. Applicants must demonstrate a strong track record in NGO and CSR program management, covering the full lifecycle of planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Educational Background: A Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Rural Management, or Development Studies. Preference will be given to alumni from premier institutions such as XIM, TISS, IRMA, or equivalent reputable universities.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams and navigate complex, large-scale projects. Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills are essential.

• Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) frameworks. Candidates must be proficient in preparing impact reports, donor reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
