About the Role

The Senior Manager for Partnerships & Alliances will report directly to the CEO and lead CSA’s engagement initiatives across donors, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners, foundations, and institutional stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of donor partnerships and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external ecosystems. Key duties include:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with donors, CSR entities, foundations, and institutional partners.

  • Partnership Lifecycle Management: Leading donor onboarding and managing the full trajectory of partnerships from inception to renewal.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Coordinating donor reporting, budget utilization, impact metrics, utilization certificates, and deliverables.

  • Financial Alignment: Working closely with Finance and Programme teams on grant utilization and project costing.

  • Pipeline & CRM Maintenance: Tracking alliance pipelines, renewals, reporting schedules, and overall partnership health using CRM systems.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with Programme, Finance, M&E, Communications, and Leadership teams to meet project deadlines.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and proactively mitigating potential risks that could affect strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

CSA is seeking a result-oriented professional with a strong track record in key account management and stakeholder engagement within the social sector.

  • Experience: 10–12 years of experience in partnership management, key account management, stakeholder engagement, or programme coordination.

  • Sector Focus: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the development/NGO sector.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

  • Technical & Financial Proficiency: Experience with donor reporting, CRM software, project costing, and financial reporting.
