The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and monitoring the Foundation's core social welfare strategies. Key duties include:
Stakeholder Coordination: Partnering with NGOs, Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), institutions, and community-based organizations to streamline project execution.
Programme Monitoring: Overseeing and evaluating the Foundation's ongoing CSR, rural outreach, and social development initiatives.
Internship Management: Supporting the seamless implementation of youth-focused internship programmes, specifically Amrit & Agri-Connect, alongside related field activities.
Community Mobilization: Organizing skill development workshops, awareness camps, and training programs tailored for farmers, interns, and rural stakeholders.
Data & Documentation: Compiling field data, maintaining strict project records, and preparing professional reports, notes, and presentations.
Outreach & Communication: Assisting in media activities, social media presence, and strategic communications to highlight the organization's social impact.
