About the Role: Senior Social Worker
The Vipla Foundation is looking for a dedicated female candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the social sector. The primary focus of this role is to support survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation by facilitating access to justice and establishing comprehensive rehabilitation pathways.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will bridge the gap between survivors and the support systems they need, ensuring they receive holistic care—ranging from legal aid to livelihood opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
The selected candidate will handle multi-faceted responsibilities divided across administrative coordination, stakeholder management, and direct survivor support:
Survivor Rehabilitation & Support: Guide survivors in accessing essential government schemes, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities to help them reintegrate into society smoothly.
Legal & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with key institutional stakeholders—including the Police, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), and Protective Homes—to track legal case progress and ensure timely justice.
Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate specialized training sessions for judicial and law enforcement entities (including police officers, prosecutors, and judges), alongside organizing survivor internships.
District Administration & Reporting: Manage project data, maintain strict confidentiality of case records, and collaborate with both district and head office teams for seamless project implementation.
