Eligibility and Skills

Qualification: A graduate degree in Social Work or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in skill development, training or community development.

Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office, plus data and reporting skills, which the posting lists as essential.

Mindset: Passion for youth development, skill development and social impact.

Why This Role Is Worth a Look

This is a leadership position with hands-on responsibility. You would manage people, partnerships and programme outcomes at once, from trainee enrolment through to post-placement tracking. If you have worked in the skilling or livelihoods sector, it is a chance to run a centre end to end. It also suits professionals with a development-sector background who are comfortable with donor reporting and data.

Tips for Applicants

  1. Show your numbers. Mention trainees enrolled, placement rates, or teams you have managed.

  2. Highlight industry and government linkages. The role depends on these partnerships.

  3. Mention your reporting experience. Donor reporting, MIS and documentation are explicit requirements.

  4. State your language skills clearly. List Marathi, Hindi and English on your resume.

  5. Keep your resume concise and role-specific. You will upload it through the application form.
