Role Overview: Social Activist (Field Activist)
Brave Souls Foundation is seeking a proactive individual to serve as a Field Activist. This role is designed for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty on the ground while maintaining the professional rigor required for documentation and advocacy.

Location: Delhi-NCR
Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month
Primary Goal: To support acid attack survivors through direct outreach and systematic rehabilitation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Activist with BSF-India, your day-to-day work will bridge the gap between survivors and the support systems they need. Your duties will include:
Direct Outreach: Conducting field visits to engage with survivors and assess their immediate and long-term needs.
Fact-Finding & Documentation: Preparing detailed field reports, outreach documentation, and research papers.
Strategic Support: Assisting in drafting proposals and supporting program implementation.
Advocacy & Awareness: Organizing and conducting awareness programs to sensitize the public about gender-based violence and acid attacks.
Who Should Apply?
BSF-India is looking for candidates who combine empathy with professional expertise.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in fieldwork and report writing.
Education: Graduates from any field are welcome to apply. However, candidates with BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) or MSW (Master of Social Work) degrees will be given preference.
