Deep Dive Qualitative Research: Dedicate significant time within schools and classrooms, directly engaging with educators and learners. Conduct insightful interviews, facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and perform qualitative assessments of program delivery to capture rich, contextual data.
Data Integrity & Documentation: Meticulously document program implementation data, ensuring high fidelity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
Strategic Data Analysis: Regularly analyze operational data, translating complex information into clear, actionable findings for both internal and external stakeholders.
Informing Data-Driven Decisions: Actively contribute to discussions and initiatives that leverage data for strategic decision-making. Help distill key insights and learnings from collected data to forge a clear roadmap for continuous program enhancement.
Effective Data Communication: Present data compellingly to government and internal teams through well-structured reports and presentations at set intervals. Proactively identify and highlight operational challenges derived from data analysis and field observations to relevant internal teams.

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in monitoring & evaluation, with substantial field experience, ideally within the education sector, is a prerequisite.
Technical Acumen: Strong technical proficiency in diverse monitoring and evaluation methodologies is vital.
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability in operational management, characterized by a clear results orientation, effective goal setting, meticulous planning, prioritization, and diligent monitoring of work quality and progress.
Collaborative Spirit: A robust sense of collaboration and proven experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations and Curriculum) is essential.
Hands-on Field Engagement: Extensive field experience, including the capability to observe teachers and students effectively and conduct insightful interviews and FGDs, is crucial.
