About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in this role, you will be expected to:
Manage donor relationships — serving as the go-to contact for assigned corporate partners and maintaining consistent, professional communication
Ensure reporting compliance — tracking donor deliverables and submitting timely, accurate reports that meet funder expectations
Create donor-facing content — drafting proposals, impact reports, case studies, and other communication material that showcases the foundation's work
Coordinate donor engagement — organizing site visits, volunteering opportunities, and donor events that strengthen partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally — working closely with Program, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and Communications teams to gather data and insights for reporting
Support scholarship processes — assisting with applicant screening and other donor-linked program requirements
What the Foundation Is Looking For
Lotus Petal Foundation is seeking a candidate who brings both technical writing skill and interpersonal strength to the table. Specific requirements include:
Qualification: A Master's degree in Social Work, Social Development, or a related field
Experience: 6–8 years working in the social sector or CSR space, with hands-on exposure to donor reporting, proposal writing, and donor engagement or event management
Core Competencies:
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple donor accounts simultaneously
Comfort working independently with strong ownership and accountability
Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines
