The Role: Leading with Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for the heartbeat of the organization’s field operations. The role is based in Gurgaon or across various project locations, offering a dynamic environment for those who thrive on both strategic oversight and hands-on field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The position covers four critical pillars of organizational success:

• Operations Management: Overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring all programs align with organizational goals through rigorous field monitoring and MIS-based tracking.

• Financial Management: Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource optimization. This includes ensuring timely procurement and the availability of high-quality inputs for rural programs.

• Strategic Governance: Tracking performance against key indicators, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all projects comply with international development standards.

• Team Leadership: Mentoring diverse teams, defining clear performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Educational & Professional Criteria:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Rural Development or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the development sector.

• Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a track record of leading large-scale projects.

Preference: Candidates from reputable institutions with a deep-rooted commitment to social change will be given priority.
