  • Streamlining Compliance & Access: Guiding FPOs through the acquisition of essential licenses, such as input, mandi, FSSAI, and AGMARK, and ensuring they have smooth access to banking credit. This function is crucial for enhancing the operational efficiency and legal standing of farmer collectives.

  • Knowledge Transfer & Scheme Utilization: Proactively informing FPOs about various government schemes and empowering them to effectively leverage these benefits for their sustained growth and viability. Your insights will bridge the gap between policy and practical application for farmers.

  • Team Synergy & Support: Offering vital assistance and strategic guidance to all Technical Managers, fostering a cohesive and effective approach to project duties. Your leadership will be key in cultivating a collaborative and productive environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Expertise Meets Dedication

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background: A post-graduate degree in Agriculture Marketing, Post-Harvest Technology, Agri. Business Management, or Food Technology is required. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a similar field from a recognized University/Institute are also encouraged to apply, provided they meet the experience criteria.

  • Direct FPO Experience: A crucial requirement is a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with FPOs. This practical insight is essential for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the FPO ecosystem.

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 35 years of age or below.

  • Compensation: This significant role offers an attractive salary package of 14 – 16 LPA, reflecting the responsibility and scope of the position.
