Location: Based at the CINI Head Office in Pailan, West Bengal, with travel required to various states and districts for field supervision.

Who Should Apply?

Educational Background: A postgraduate degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Demography, or Social Sciences.

Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in tracking project progress and documenting success stories from the field. Primary duties include:
Framework & Tool Design: Developing project log frames, monitoring indicators, and reporting tools to measure progress effectively.
Data Quality & Analysis: Ensuring high-quality data collection for baseline, midterm, and endline reviews, as well as submitting timely MIS reports.
Field Supervision: Conducting regular visits to verify data and support field staff in project implementation.
Documentation: Creating case studies, process documentation, and public awareness materials like newsletters and brochures.
Capacity Building: Training project staff on MIS, documentation, and technical components.
