Key Responsibilities
As the State Training Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the program's operational success. Your core duties will include:
Project Leadership: Leading end-to-end project implementation and training operations across the state.
Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining robust relationships with Government departments, educational institutions, colleges, and key community stakeholders.
Target Delivery: Driving the field teams to achieve monthly and annual training benchmarks.
Quality Control: Monitoring overall project performance, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and swiftly resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
Team Mentorship: Leading, mentoring, and motivating field teams to hit collective goals.
Compliance & Reporting: Conducting regular review meetings, orientations, and feedback sessions while ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and processes.
