Key Responsibilities

As a STEM Trainer and Program Coordinator, the selected candidates will be at the forefront of driving interactive technology education in schools. The core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Educational Sessions: Leading engaging STEM and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sessions specifically tailored for students in Grades 6 to 10.

  • Core Subject Teaching: Teaching cutting-edge technical subjects including Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Electronics.

  • Curriculum Development: Designing and creating structured lesson plans, alongside interactive learning materials, to make complex technical concepts easy to understand.

  • Operational Support: Assisting with the management of laboratory setups, organizing hands-on workshops, coordinating educational events, and maintaining progress reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. Ladli Foundation is looking for the following attributes:

Technical Expertise

  • Foundational knowledge of Arduino, Robotics, and standard STEM tools.

  • Familiarity with programming languages/environments such as Scratch or Python.

  • A basic understanding of Electronics principles.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively manage classrooms and engage students.

  • Fluency in communication in both English and Hindi.

  • A strong willingness to travel and work directly on-site across various schools.
