Roles and Responsibilities
The Distribution Supervisor makes sure that freshly prepared meals get from the kitchen to school children on time and in good condition. Key duties include:
School coordination: Work with the schools assigned to you to keep meal distribution smooth and regular.
Route and schedule management: Ensure meals are delivered on time along approved routes.
Daily planning: Plan distribution requirements together with the production team.
Quality and hygiene monitoring: Check quantity, food quality and hygiene standards during distribution.
Issue resolution: Handle school-related distribution problems quickly.
Record keeping: Maintain daily distribution records and reports.
Compliance: Follow SOPs and organisational guidelines.
Operational support: Help plan operations to prevent shortages and delays.
MIS work: Prepare, analyse and report management information.
Cost control: Keep distribution costs down and minimise losses.
Skills and Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, candidates should have:
Basic knowledge of ERP modules, including data entry, reporting and coordination
