The Role: Telecalling Executive & Donor Engagement Specialist
As a Telecalling Executive, you'll be instrumental in Smile Foundation's crucial fundraising efforts. Your main responsibility will involve connecting with existing donors, cultivating relationships, and securing vital contributions to support essential initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and driven by a desire to create tangible positive change.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to promote Smile Foundation's mission and ongoing fundraising campaigns.
Engaging professionally and persuasively with both current and potential donors to secure contributions and pledges.
Efficiently operating telecommunication tools and CRM systems to manage activities and meet set targets.
Providing clear, accurate, and compelling information about the organization's programs and their significant impact.
Maintaining the brand's integrity while genuinely understanding and valuing donor needs.
Accurately recording all activities within CRM and telecalling systems.
Who We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications
Smile Foundation is seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience, with a preference for those in the NGO sector. If you have a proven background in telemarketing, fundraising, or sales, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, we encourage you to apply.
Ideal candidates will also possess:
Familiarity with fundraising principles and techniques (highly beneficial).
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
A minimum of a graduate degree in any field.
