Key Qualifications and Desired Profile

Nayi Disha is looking for candidates who combine academic excellence with practical, hands-on experience in the developmental sector.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or data analysis.

  • Sector Expertise: Prior experience working with NGOs or on development-focused projects is highly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: You should be comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Basic knowledge of surveys, impact assessments, and M&E methodologies is essential.

Location and Language Requirements

This is an in-office position based in Hyderabad. Given the organization’s deep roots in local community engagement, linguistic skills are a vital part of the role:

  • Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Telugu (both written and verbal).

  • Preferred: Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages will be considered a significant advantage.
