TNS India Foundation Hiring: Corporate Linkages – Placement Roles Across 14 Locations

TNS India Foundation has announced openings for Corporate Linkages – Placement professionals across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. The role suits people who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and making a real difference in other people’s careers. Freshers and experienced candidates (2–7 years) can both apply.

About TNS India Foundation

TNS India Foundation works under the tagline “Partners in Economic Transformation.” The organisation trains young people and helps them move into sustainable livelihoods. Placement is central to that mission, because training only creates impact when it leads to a real job. The Corporate Linkages team acts as the bridge between trained candidates and the employers who hire them.

About the Role

The Corporate Linkages – Placement role is about building corporate partnerships and connecting trained youth with meaningful employment opportunities. You will work with employers, HR teams and recruiters to open doors for students, and guide those students through the placement process. It is a field-oriented position that combines business development, relationship management and student support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with HR teams, recruiters and employers, and grow a network of hiring partners in your assigned location.

  • Identify job opportunities and drive student placements.

  • Coordinate placement drives, interviews and hiring events, making sure both employers and candidates have a smooth experience.

  • Support students with career readiness and interview preparation, including confidence, communication and presentation.

  • Maintain placement trackers, dashboards and MIS reports so that progress can be monitored accurately.

  • Follow up on joining, retention and post-placement support. The job does not end when a candidate gets an offer letter, as the team also checks that people join and stay.

Who Can Apply?

Experience

Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 2–7 years of experience in any of these areas are also encouraged to apply:

  • Placements and corporate relations

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment

  • Sales and stakeholder management

  • Business development

Skills

  • Strong networking, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience coordinating placement drives and managing data or MIS

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Other requirement

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations is essential. Building and maintaining corporate partnerships means regular visits to employers, colleges and training centres.

How to Apply

Send your updated resume by email to both addresses:

Subject line: Corporate Linkages

Mention the location you are applying for in the body of your email, along with a short introduction and your relevant experience.

Tips for Applicants

  1. Tailor your resume. Highlight any experience in placements, recruitment, sales or partnership building, and use numbers where you can: employers onboarded, candidates placed, drives conducted or targets achieved.

  2. Show your data skills. The role involves trackers, dashboards and MIS reports, so mention your Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and any reporting work you have done.

  3. Emphasise communication and networking. Relationship-building is the core of this job, so give examples of partnerships you have built or events you have coordinated.

  4. Be clear about travel. Willingness to travel is essential, so state it in your email.

  5. Freshers, show your potential. Internships, campus coordination, volunteering or leadership roles can show you are ready to learn and take initiative.

  6. Use the exact subject line. It helps your application reach the right team.

Why This Role Is Worth Considering

Jobs in the social sector offer something many corporate roles do not: a clear link between your daily work and someone’s livelihood. Every employer you bring on board and every student you prepare for an interview has a direct effect on a young person’s future. The role also builds transferable skills in stakeholder management, sales, data handling and event coordination, which are valuable in many careers.

Final Word

If you want to work in the social sector and are good at connecting people with opportunities, this opening deserves a look. As TNS India Foundation puts it: “Make an impact. Connect talent with opportunity.”
