What the Role Involves
This position sits at the intersection of training, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Mobilizing commercial drivers to participate in road safety awareness sessions
Conducting interactive training programs at key transport hubs
Delivering sessions on traffic rules, defensive driving techniques, fatigue management, and accident prevention
Coordinating closely with transport authorities and other project stakeholders
Organizing and supporting health camps for drivers
Maintaining attendance records, training reports, and photographic documentation
Meeting daily training and mobilization targets
Traveling across assigned project locations as required
The role is hands-on and field-intensive, requiring someone comfortable working directly with commercial drivers in real transport environments rather than a typical office setup.
Who Should Apply

Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
