What You'll Do: Empowering Youth for Retail Success
As a CRS Trainer, you'll be at the forefront of preparing students for the demands of the modern retail world. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering Engaging Training: Conduct regular CRS classes, providing practical, hands-on instruction in crucial areas such as customer service excellence, effective sales techniques, efficient retail operations, and essential basic IT tools.
Fostering an Interactive Environment: Create a dynamic, interactive, and supportive classroom where students feel motivated to learn and grow.
Tracking Progress & Guiding Growth: Diligently monitor student progress, maintain accurate training records, and offer personalized guidance to help each individual succeed.
Paving the Way to Employment: Prepare students thoroughly for job placements and interviews, boosting their confidence and readiness for the professional world.
Community Outreach: Actively participate in the mobilization and follow-up of students, ensuring a robust and engaged learning community.
Collaborating for Success: Work closely with the Centre Manager on assessments and reporting to ensure program effectiveness and student success.

Sofia Educational & Welfare Society is looking for individuals who are not just trainers, but mentors. To be eligible for this impactful role, you should possess:
Educational Background: A Graduate degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding qualifications in Retail, Marketing, or IT.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in training or teaching CRS or other retail-related courses is essential. Your practical insights will be invaluable.
Communication Prowess: Excellent communication skills are a must, with a strong command of Hindi and basic English to effectively connect with all students.
Digital Fluency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital tools are necessary to integrate technology into your teaching.
