The Pivotal Role: Training Manager, Chandigarh
The Training Manager, reporting to the Project Director, is the operational and content lead for all training activities. This full-time position requires a high level of dedication, with a 6-day work week and extensive travel (up to 20 days/month) across Punjab to ensure training quality and rollout targets are met.

Key Responsibilities: Content, Coordination, & Capacity Building
This role is a blend of instructional design and large-scale operational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Training Content Excellence: Customizing, standardizing, and translating a core 7-day foundational training program and subsequent refresher/advanced modules into Punjabi and Hindi. This includes ensuring all content is culturally relevant, contextualized, and up-to-date on the SAATH application's LMS.
Operational Coordination: Creating and executing annual and monthly training calendars, ensuring alignment with ambitious program rollout targets. This involves working closely with Bahaar Foundation teams, district health officials, and partner organizations to manage logistics, mobilization, and trainer availability for scheduled batches.
Trainer Capacity Building (ToT): Identifying, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting Training-of-Trainers (ToT) sessions for a pool of master trainers, ensuring a robust, certified team is available for decentralized delivery.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Developing and using tools like pre/post-tests and participant feedback to assess training effectiveness. The Manager will be the guardian of training quality standards across the state.
