Open Positions & Requirements
1. Senior Manager - Human Resources
Ummeed is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive its people strategy, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Experience Needed: 10 to 12 years of core HR experience.
Key Skillsets: Robust knowledge across end-to-end recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), compensation & benefits, employee relations, and labor laws.
Preferred Qualification: 2 to 4 years of prior experience working specifically within the nonprofit or NGO sector is highly advantageous.
2. Developmental Pediatrician
Join a specialized clinical team dedicated to diagnosing, managing, and supporting children with various developmental needs.
Experience Needed: 2 to 4 years of specialized experience as a Developmental Pediatrician.
Education: MD, DNB, or DCH in Pediatrics, coupled with a formal Fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics.
3. Manager - Program Office (School Ecosystem & Inclusive Education)
This leadership role focuses on managing programs that weave inclusive education and support systems into schools and broader learning ecosystems.
Experience Needed: 6 to 8 years of proven experience in program management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
Preferred Skills: A background in the education or nonprofit sector, with experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), data analysis, or learning systems.
4. Junior Therapist - Autism Intervention Services
A foundational role for early-career professionals passionate about autism care and pediatric intervention.
Experience Needed: 0 to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or Special Education.
Preferred Qualification: Prior experience working directly with children on the autism spectrum.
5. Junior Therapist - Occupational Therapy Services
An excellent entry-level opportunity to build a career in pediatric occupational therapy.
Experience Needed: 0 to 2 years of experience.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
