Experience Required: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality visual assets, including banners, brochures, coffee table books, newsletters, campaign graphics, and office branding.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to establish creative assets and maintain a structured media repository.
Visit on-ground project sites to capture photos, videos, and create engaging short reels for digital platforms.
2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Experience Required: 2–4 years in the development/CSR sector.
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Rural Development, Health Sciences, or related fields.
Skills: Strong grasp of M&E frameworks, social research methodologies, and tools like Kobo, Google Forms, Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or Tableau. Fluency in English and Kannada is required, along with a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust M&E systems, framework tools, and data visualization dashboards.
Conduct baseline assessments, surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
Train field teams on data collection quality, manage beneficiary databases, and generate evidence-based insights for stakeholders.
3. Sr. Executive – Strategic Documentation (Rural Rising and Education)
Experience Required: 2–3 years in the social development sector.
Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Rural/Development Management.
Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Kannada or other regional languages is an asset); working knowledge of Power BI and Canva. Extensive travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality strategic documentation, concept notes, feasibility studies, and fundraising proposals for CSR and philanthropic donors.
Conduct secondary background research on geographical regions across India where Integrated Rural Development and education initiatives are active.
Coordinate with community coordinators and project teams via site visits to extract on-ground insights for needs assessment documents.
4. Executive / Sr. Executive – Corporate Volunteering
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in employee volunteering, CSR execution, NGO operations, or event management.
Education: MSW, MBA, or Graduation in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Rural Development, or related streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution for corporate volunteering events, including virtual, skill-based, and large-scale initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison for corporate stakeholders, vendors, and beneficiaries.
Track participation, maintain volunteer databases, and gather impact metrics through testimonials, photos, and reports (requires flexibility to work beyond standard hours during events).
5. Executive / Sr. Executive – Finance
Experience Required: 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably with an M.Com or MBA in Finance.
Travel Expectation: Up to 60% travel across field and project locations for financial reviews.
Skills: Strong communication, email drafting, and reporting skills in English and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project finance tracking, invoice verification, and data compilation.
Help strengthen compliance, financial monitoring, and donor utilization reporting processes for the financial year 2026–2027.
Conduct regular field visits alongside project teams to audit financial records and field compliance.
6. Coordinator – Green Skills Initiative
Experience Required: 4+ years in the skilling sector and rural youth mobilization in Karnataka, with at least 2 years managing CSR-funded livelihood projects.
Skills: Strong command over Kannada and English; deep understanding of vocational training, budgeting, and placement market linkages. This role demands extensive rural travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation: Execute project plans, track project milestones, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with donor mandates.
Partner Monitoring: Oversee training partners, lead participant mobilization and retention campaigns, and conduct home/monitoring visits.
