  • Design high-quality visual assets, including banners, brochures, coffee table books, newsletters, campaign graphics, and office branding.

2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

  • Design and implement robust M&E systems, framework tools, and data visualization dashboards.

  • Conduct baseline assessments, surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).

  • Train field teams on data collection quality, manage beneficiary databases, and generate evidence-based insights for stakeholders.

3. Sr. Executive – Strategic Documentation (Rural Rising and Education)

  • Experience Required: 2–3 years in the social development sector.

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Rural/Development Management.

  • Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Kannada or other regional languages is an asset); working knowledge of Power BI and Canva. Extensive travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality strategic documentation, concept notes, feasibility studies, and fundraising proposals for CSR and philanthropic donors.
