As the CEO of a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), you will be at the helm of its operational and business development activities. Your role will involve managing procurement and sales, building farmer capacity, supervising staff, and forging crucial market linkages to ensure better prices for farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all FPO operations, including procurement, storage, logistics, and value-addition processes.

  • Engage with farmer members through training, awareness sessions, and grievance redressal.

Project Coordinator (NF-based Value Chains)

Program Associate (NF Cotton)
